Lumina was born out of frustration with the status quo. We saw students treating learning as a chore, memorising without understanding, and stressed by the pressure of performance.
We realised that learning happens best when it is contextual, community-driven, and most importantly, joyful. We started with a small batch in a residential community in Bangalore. The results were immediate. Students weren’t just scoring better—they were asking questions, collaborating, and looking forward to classes.
Today, Lumina is a comprehensive EdTech platform, but our core philosophy remains unchanged. Whether in a local community centre, a 1:1 online session, or our fun-based LEAP programme, we exist to ignite a lifelong love for learning.
